I have a strong personal and professional belief in one’s capacity for self-healing if they can reconnect to their inner wisdom.  People can transcend most psychological wounds with the right support. Access to our inner healer is sometimes blocked by negative and destructive maladaptive defensive patterns that are formed by the need to survive overwhelming traumatic experiences. Together we can transmute these adverse experiences allowing you to go from one who is disempowered by the traumatic event, to one who is empowered by it.
